Massive Art Update

It's been quite a while since I've updated my blog with sketches. So, what that usually means is that 'a lot' of work has piled up over the past 3-4 months. I have spent this entire week scanning and adjusting the sketches. Sometimes it feels like I'm spending more time scanning than drawing :P
There's a combination of 3 different sketchbooks below, experimenting with various styles and methods. The box below was a birthday gift I hand-made for my mom.

hope you guys like it.

enjoy

Back from Japan

Hey Guys.

I spent about two weeks in Japan and I must say it was one of the best trips I have taken in my life. I just got back two days ago, so I will share only a few images (I took almost 3000 photographs all together) that sum up a westerners view of Japan.

::enjoy::

This is actually just a photo of a Kabuki play poster. There was no photography allowed in the theater itself, but this snapshot of the poster shows the costumes and the actors that performed that evening.

Kyoto had Geisha s walking around the streets (only for tourism purposes of course) :P

-more to come soon...ciao
